“ What an amazing find? Visiting from Miami my family in Merrick and felt like pierogies. The owner Basha is very friendly and makes you feel like you are at home in your kitchen. The food is amazing everything is freshly made with quality ingredients. We were 5 and tried a myriad of dishes which were all great. The Koptyka is potato gnocchi light and fluffy with a crispy bacon onion butter sauce a must get. The chicken Kiev crispy on the outside and when you cut it oozing with herbacious butter and cheese not a dish that your cardiologist would recommend but every once in a while you have to enjoy life. Needless to say all the pierogies were delicious and get them pan fried, the sauerkraut, potato, meat, cheese. The pyza and stuffed cabbage were also delectable. I am sad that I am leaving but will make this a go to spot every time I visit. Lastly, my mom who never eats ate every bite. If you’re in the neighborhood or not run don’t walk to this place you will not be disappointed. ”
